Maurice André on LP and CD

When Maurice André started recording in the early 1960's, the new LP had just arrived. Some of his recordings are only on LP's, but quite a bit has been remastered to CD. As early as in in 1978, in an interview with Jean-Pierre Mathez, Maurice said that he had done 225 recordings. By now the number of recordings must be close to 300? A listing of 227 of his recordings through 1989, can be found in Lowrey's International Trumpet Discography (Camden House, 1991)
