Dear Ole:
This would correspond, imho, to the use of the *TS* or hard *TH*(as is *that*) in the American English dialects....
The process consists of pointing the tongue and starting the attack at the bottom edge of the top teeth(where those teeth meet the inside of the lip) rather than on the roof of the mouth....
Besides creating a very clear marcato attack, it tends to remove the *chirp* experience and dramatically cuts down on the dreaded *Brrraaack* attacks....
For legato, though, one must still rely on tonguing on the hard palate...
