Just like the blues, there are many variations of rhythm changes. The standard changes that I've always used in a jazz context are:
| Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 | Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| Bb7 | Eb7 | Bb
G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 | Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| Bb7 | Eb7 | Bb

| C7 | %
| F7 | % |
| Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 | Bb G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| Bb7 | Eb7 | Bb
G7 | CMI7 F7 |
Common variations include:
add a b9 to the G7
substitute DMI7 in the place of the Bb in the third bar.
insert an Edim7 or EbMI7 in the second half of the 6th bar.
These are very standard variations....almost so much so that some groups play them even when they're not actually written in the music.
Then from that point, there are litterally hundreds of different variations being used. Most of these have alterations in the bridge. One of my favorite "Altered Rhythm Changes" tunes is "Gertrude's Bounce" By Richie Powell (played by Clifford Brown). Here are the changes:
| Bb | CMI7 F7 |
DMI7 G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| GMI7 Bb7 | Eb Ab7 | Db
| CMI7 F7 |
| Bb | CMI7 F7
| DMI7 G7 | CMI7 F7 |
| GMI7 Bb7 | Eb Ab7 | Db

F7 Bb |
| Bb | CMI7 F7

Hope this helps!
